Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan (5 responses per month).
3. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us for a full refund of your most recent payment.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or unexpectedly, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
- Service outages: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle, we will issue a prorated refund or credit.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@replystar.ai with your account email address and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you may cancel but the remaining balance is not refundable. The subscription will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
