• Usage data: Review texts you submit and AI-generated responses. These are stored to provide your response history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and rate limiting purposes.
• Payment data: Processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate AI-powered review responses.
• To maintain your response history and account settings.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To communicate important service updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. Data stored on secure servers.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Processes review text to generate responses. Review texts are sent to the API but are not used to train AI models.
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing for subscriptions.
• Vercel — Application hosting and content delivery.

4. Data Retention

Your review texts and generated responses are stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual responses from your history at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
